Fantastic food and service and such great prices! The food was 10/10 and the people there are so nice and welcoming! We have been here twice now and have never been disappointed, we will definitely be regulars 🤩
It's very hard to give anything but 5 stars for this place as the staff here are so likeable but to be honest, the food could have been better. In their defence, we were the first customers of the day and it tasted like we were eating food prepared the previous day. The meats were not as succulent as I have tasted and seemed a bit dried out. The rice and bulgar were nice. The staff were really friendly and really spoiled us, service was top notch.
Michelin-star level customer service and beyond. The food was absolutely incredible, and the short wait time made the experience even better. The staff went above and beyond — from helping us choose our dishes to ensuring we felt looked after every moment we were there. From the moment we stepped in until the second we left, the service was flawless. This is hands down the best customer service I’ve ever received, and the food matched that excellence. A perfect place for very nice takeaway. I would like to thank the chefs, Ahmed, Pino and the other chefs name that I cannot remember sadly. The place was very clean and well managed. I appreciate the takeaway packaging, the boxes are very durable and they can be reused so they're very eco friendly. The bag they came in is also very nice as it's made out of fabric and has their logo on it. I would like to say that it is the best Turkish food we have ever tried, starting from the „appetizer" which was superlative then going over to the main course which was a plate very rich in meats and with extremely good rice, finishing with the very sweet and delightful dessert. I would definitely recommend and I will be going back very soon!
Saw the google reviews and photos so decided to visit for my takeaway so I could see what was on offer. Chatted to Servet and his team. The selections are great. Good advice on the boxes and what to pair up. I had chicken doner, lamb shish, olives and humus. The bread was so fresh and authentic. My partner and I thoroughly enjoyed our takeaway and will be back. Thanks to the team for an excellent first experience, Claire x
