We stumbled across this lovely hidden gem and would highly recommend it! We had a lovely time here, the service was amazing and the owner was very warm and friendly. The food is all delicious. You get served huge portions of delicious vegan food and can request to repeat any dishes you want. 100% worth a visit

Amazing dinner and experience, highly recommend! Every dish was so thoughtful and the host was such a delight to talk to. We especially loved the summer rolls and the grains mix. We left feeling very full and we will definitely be back.

The owner shares the space at Viet Hoa and hopes to open his own place soon, so he needs all the support. Book in advance for week days, or walk in on Sundays. The food is exceptional and the head chef/host is very warm and welcoming. He puts in the effort to come and speak to you and the food reflects his attention to detail. The portions are very generous, great value for money. Can't recommend this spot enough. Thanks for a wonderful experience!

It's truly a special thing when you go to any restaurant and they become - one of the Defining points of your visit to any one place. Vegan Biosphere is that monumental experience. Rarely have I had such pure *joy* tasting every single plate placed in front of me; and you truly cannot meet a more Wonderful human being than Chef Tuyen. Run. Run to this place. Beyond it being incredible finding an all vegan buffet(!!), the mastermind behind each dish really brought back that intimacy missing from so many restaurants today. Each course was a conversation; it was a link to Tuyen's homeland, his history, his journey -- and you could feel the passion and genuine interest as he watched you take that first bite or asked how it was. It's the kind of curated dining you'd pay an Obscenely large amount for -- offered for an extremely modest sum. Even after I ate (and I genuinely wished I had more stomachs so I could keep eating - Everything), Tuyen didn't rush me out; we ended up having an incredible conversation on what led us both to veganism and where we wanted to go from here. I will never forget my evening at Vegan Biosphere and if this review can get even 1 other person to try it out, then I'm all the happier for it (as you'll be!).
