This place is absolutely amazing! The desserts, crepes, and ice cream are incredibly delicious, and the presentation of every dish is so beautiful. The staff is kind, friendly, and truly makes you feel welcome. And honestly – these are the best crepes of my life!!! Thank you so much!!! Highly recommend!

I remember visiting this place when it first opened, and it’s now under new management — and quite different from what it used to be. That said, it’s definitely up and running again and doing well. The food and desserts were very good — just as you’d expect, though I do remember them being slightly better during the original launch when there was a lot more buzz around the place. The environment was clean and welcoming, but the true highlight of the visit was the service. I believe we were served by the owner himself, and his attention to detail and commitment to customer satisfaction really stood out. He made sure we didn’t miss anything and was always one step ahead. The only reason I’m giving four stars instead of five is purely based on the comparison to when it first opened — the initial excitement and a slight edge in food quality back then made it just a bit more special. Still, a great spot worth visiting, especially for the service!

We popped in for some crepes on pancake day. We ordered two mocktails (apple & cherry and the strawberry one) and two crepes, one with banantella and rocher (so this is sliced banana, nutella, ice cream and rocher chocolate on top!) , and a bueno one (this came with chocolate, white chocolate, ice cream, cream and 2 buenos on top!). The place is very nice, looks recently renovated, with comfortable, nice looking furniture, a green wall feature and a big indoor tree, along with some other interesting interior details. The service is very attentive and friendly. They have an extensive offering of crepes, waffles, american pancakes, french toast, baked to order cookie dough, a wide selection of cakes, sandwiches and pastries. Nice place to sit for a quick coffee, a casual dessert after dinner nearby or a group gathering. They have several 4 and 6 seater tables, booths, a large 10 people table and another 12 ish coherent table. Everything is traditional milk, butter, sugar made so we left on a very high sugar high. It's not going to be our go-to place as they dont have gluten free, vegan or low sugar offerings yet, but we will probably be back to try the french toast and the Kashmiri pin chai one Saturday. I was told they open 8 am every day so I think opening hours are incorrect on google.

On the whole I think this is a good coffee and dessert shop. It’s clean, bright and has a lovely rear section to it. The service was excellent and friendly and attentive. The coffee was good, but not exceptional. I had a latte which was slightly bitter. The two disappointments for me were the food and the noise. I had a chocolate brownie which was wonderfully presented but it tasted like they had sprayed the base of the pan with a light oil before heating the brownie - as a result there was an oily taste to the brownie which was disappointing. The second issue was this is not a place for solo or small groups - at least when I was here at 4pm. There were multiple groups with young children ranging from 2-6yrs old who were very boisterous and loud. While I realize that this could be viewed as an unfair observation it’s just my factual observation. If you have a young kids and you want to meet as groups I think this is a fantastic place to come. But for my friend and I who came to have a catch up we would not come back here again.

What an experience we had today at Sweets Cafe! While our visit started with a bit of an unexpected hiccup, it quickly turned into a testament to outstanding customer service and delicious treats. As we walked in, my child unfortunately vomited onto the floor. I can't express enough gratitude for how wonderfully the staff handled the situation. They immediately came to help and clearing up the mess efficiently and with such genuine kindness, allowing me to fully attend to my child. They directed me to the bathroom, which was clean and well-stocked, making it easy to get my little one cleaned up. After everything was settled, one of the kind workers even offered my child a croissant, which was incredibly thoughtful, especially since I wasn't letting him eat anything else until his stomach had settled. It was such a compassionate gesture that really helped calm a stressful moment. Once we finally got to enjoy the desserts, they did not disappoint! We ordered Karak chai, baklava cheesecake and cookies doughs which were all very delicious! Overall, despite the initial chaos, our experience at Sweets Cafe was truly positive. We'll definitely be back, and we highly recommend it to anyone looking for a sweet treat and fantastic service!
