We had our friend's baby shower for 20 here, and it was a lovely experience. The private room space was nice with very cute 'green' wall, decor was tasteful and space did not feel cramped. Staff were nice and friendly. Food was tasteful and good portions. Came out warm and decorated nicely. The service for dessert was a bit slow, and the menu did not include all options (juice and coffee not on main menu) but staff were accommodating. This place is part of Hyatt hotel but we did not stay to have lunch here. Note there is a separate venue hire of £200.

Part of a Hyatt Hotel. Food and Drinks were ok but nothing special or extraordinary. You can eat there but there are definitely better italien restaurants in the area and in town.

We are currently staying at the Hyatt Place. The food in both Sotto Cucina Bar and Pocket Square is remarkable. Fresh ingredients, attention to detail and the flavours are beautiful. All the staff are attentive and helpful. Our breakfast beauty Daniel is genuinely one of the loveliest people we have ever met. Such a flair for hospitality and clearly loves what he does. We really felt it should be recognised. Thank you Daniel for making our morning memorable and for the amazing service and smiles! Highly recommend a stay here and you will not be disappointed with the choice of food and the excellent customer service.

Service in London has diminished so much since brexit, not here the team are so helpful, positive, funny and knowledgeable. Food was far better than expected, wine list is limited but expertly chosen, I’ve just ordered two cases of the montepulciano, very good. We enjoyed the cured meat, just one saucisson, looked unappealing but was very tasty, anchovies good too. Mains, cod cheeks were excellent, super hot and crispy and the chilli in the broccoli was perfect. Sirloin came over cooked to our liking but there was no issue getting it replaced, and it was worth it, very good. Chocolate chilli tart was lovely. Strange place to have in the Hyatt hotel, but we will definitely be returning to try more of the menu. Great food, excellent staff

Excellent service and delicious food! A hidden gem located on the lower ground floor of Hyatt Hotel. We went on a Friday night and it was not too busy, nice atmosphere. We went during The Fork Festival so we had 50% off food which was amazing value. Spent £83 between 3 of us including a bottle of wine and orange juice.
