I ordered from ubereats yesterday and unfortunately they didn’t get the order right, ubereats were of no help but I contacted the restaurant direct instead. Spoke to Hasnat and he was extremely helpful and gave me the correct order which I am grateful for. Very good service and food is nice as well.
I wish I could give minus 100 stars! Extremely disappointing experience. After taking my order, the staff completely forgot about it and started serving other customers who arrived after me. I waited far longer than necessary, only to be ignored. This kind of behaviour is absolutely unacceptable. Poor service, lack of professionalism, and zero respect for customers.
