The guys that were working was clearly talking to eachother and not listening to my order at all! I asked for combo over rice but they gave me only chicken! They did that with not one but two boxes! One was regular size and the other was supposed to be a large! They gave us both regular! I asked them sauce on separate container but as you can see! Total disappointment!

I was wrong before about them on Uber Eats, but after listening my complaint, they improved their service at there best. Now, I am the regular customer who loves Shah Halal food soo much.
The platters were quite big.Good value for money unfortunately their was not sitting area but we went into the shopping mall and sat and ate our lunch
We ordered takeaway today from Shah. The order said it will take 50 minutes and the delivery was made almost 2 hours later. That's not the worst of it, it was the wrong order completely. We spent £40 and no food to show for. As we had broken our fast needless to say we were hungry. Tried calling them but they didn't pick. Absolutely the worst customer service. I would give them no start but that isn't possible
