I'm sorry but I'm going to have to give you a his a mediocre 3 out of 5. Me and my friend came here, wanting to try the Mixed Grill, thinking it would be the same Mixed Grill as other places, that come with lamb chops, chicken tikka, lamb tikka and seekh kebabs, but this was just two seekh kebabs (each cut into half) and lots of chicken smothered in the sauce (which was very nice BTW, maybe too much sauce). I've had mixed grill one too many times from different eateries all across the UK, ie Tayyabs, Needo Grill and so on, and have a general idea of what's supposed to be in a portion. In this case, there's so much chicken, hardly any lamb, therefore not really mixed, hence shouldn't be called Mixed Grill, an appropriate name would be Grilled Chicken with Seekh kebabs, as you can see from the pictures, it's mostly chicken. It cost us £19.99 which is quiet steep considering it wasn't much, and was mostly chicken, would have been cheaper if we just went Nando's instead to have all that chicken and bought seekh kebabs as take away elsewhere. I get lamb costs more than chicken hence I don't see the justification of this being priced the amount it is. As much as I would love to support a new up and coming business, as I've travelled a long way to come here, I can't help but feel a tad bit disappointed.
Absolutely loved our visit to Punjab Grill Lounge! The team made us feel so welcome and looked after us from start to finish. The cocktails were amazing (could easily have had a few more) and the starters and curries were just incredible – proper authentic Punjabi flavours, honestly the best we’ve had in London so far. Perfect spot for a great night out with friends. Can’t wait to come back!
Punjab Grill is hands down one of the best places for authentic Indian flavors! The grills are smoky, tender, and bursting with spices that feel straight from the tandoor. Their curries are rich, creamy, and packed with depth—every dish tastes like it’s made with love. To top it all off, the mocktails are refreshing and pair perfectly with the food. The atmosphere is warm, the service is friendly, and the food never disappoints. A must-visit for anyone who loves great taste and great vibes!”
Brilliant food and service!!!Worth the money! We have been here multiple times and they have never disappointed us. Freshly cooked great Indian food with perfectly authentic taste served with love, hospitality and respect in a nice ambience! Keep it up!!!
Food was relatively okay, it didn't hit the spot for us unfortunately, so we'll not be back, but it could just be our tastebuds. We felt food lacked flavour overall on the grills. Clean place with nice ambience
