I had a great meal here while staying in the area for work. I didn’t know Nigerian food but the owner explained the menu to me really well and his recommendations (moi moi and jollof rice with fish) were delicious. Nigerian Guinness was great too! Very relaxed and friendly place, highly recommended.
The staff was lovely. He gave us a choice of music to listen to during dinner and served us the most delicious jollof rice even though it was quite late in the day. I would come back!
Warm welcome from the moment we walked in & the service was attentive and kind all night. The food? Absolutely delicious. I had the okra with pounded yam (so good I had to take some home in a doggie bag!) and my friend had the egusi with pounded yam, plus plantain and moi moi. Everything was fresh, flavourful and felt like home cooking. Fantastic portions, excellent quality for the price, and the musical soundtrack in the background gave it the perfect West African vibe. I’ll be back, and I’m encouraging everyone who reads this to go. Absolutely delicious!
I had an amazing experience here! The owner was extremely welcoming, kind and helped guide my sister and I on the best food to order. The food was prepared fresh to order and was delicious!!
It's definitely delicious, but I'm not a great judge of African food so I can't tell if it's authentic 🤣 Extra points that the staff is incredibly friendly, and a couple of fun African beers (or "spirit mixed drink") available.
