Really disappointed with this takeaway. I ordered jerk chicken and wings for collection, and even though I arrived on time, the order wasn’t ready. I had to wait another 20 minutes, and the lady at the counter didn’t seem interested at all — no update, no apology. When I got home, the food was lukewarm. The jerk chicken was dry and underseasoned, and the wings were overcooked and chewy. One of the sides was missing as well. Honestly, poor service and quality. Definitely not ordering again.
The food here is excellent and well priced. We ordered the Jerk chicken, Curry Goat, Saltfish and sides like plantain, stewed beans, rice and peas and sweet potato fries and they were all delicious. The people who work here are very kind and attentive. My family and I dined in and really enjoyed ourselves. Would thoroughly recommend.

I really love the food at Paradise Romford! I've never dined in, only had takeaway, but the quality has always been consistent. The food is delicious, especially their dumplings – absolutely yum and 100% recommended! Their coleslaw is fresh and to die for — definitely one of my favourites. One thing I would say is that the food could be a bit spicier. For those who enjoy a kick, it might feel a little mild. Also, the prices are on the higher side — if it was more affordable, I'd be ordering from here all the time! Still, a great spot for tasty food, and I’d love to visit in person sometime soon.
Been to this restaurant about five times now and will keep coming back. So happy I found this gem of a Caribbean restaurant. The flavors are spot on, you can taste the authentic Caribbean spices from the jerk chicken to the curry goat and my personal favourite, the oxtail. Every dish is cooked to perfection and seasoned just right. The portions are generous. The staff are friendly and attentive, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere from the moment you walk in. Paradise is also family-friendly, which is a huge bonus! My kids love the menu and we always leave with full stomachs and big smiles. If you’re craving genuine Caribbean flavors in a relaxed setting, Paradise is the place to be. Would Highly recommend you visit.
