As always with Nando's, classic peri peri chicken grilled to perfection, but customer service in this branch was not as good as expected. Regardless, loved the meal.
Had to write a review because the service was excellent. Also so wonderful to see a team who work well together and that are so polite and friendly. Martin, Raju and a couple of female front of house staff whose names I didn’t catch. Food was fresh, tasty and served very promptly as always. Thank you
Nando's is a bit of a household name... thought I'd give it a go after a long hiatus. Ordered delivery though, but I've put 4 for atmosphere as it's well know to be the type of cooker cutter restaurant style which is traditionally Nandos. Quick delivery!! Great selection of food both veg and chicken. I had the hot grilled burger with chips and corn side and got a slaw (yum and fresh tasting with nuts). Chips cooked pretty and seasoned well, always a tough item to courier... The grilled chicken was a bit dry, also due to the bun being dry. It's worth noting you pay about a £1 more on most things when ordering online (and the deliveroo user service fee which I have no problem paying for as a user, may w the restaurant is charged a high % to be on Deliveroo). I think it's better as a dine in food... And I'll get the pitta next time not chicken in a burger bun 😊

Great aesthetics and music. Loved the Afro Portuguese music as an Angolan myself. The server was attentive, however originally sat me at a dirty table and the floor was wet but it was great that the manager moved us to another table to resolve the situation and apologised. Food was made within 15 minutes which I think is a decent time, had two portions four chicken thighs one with peri chips and grilled halloumi with mac and cheesse along then the other portion with rainbow slaw and peri chips with the new strawberry + dragon fruit. The food was 10/10, my partner said so also but wasn’t fans of the drink. Cons : - Went to use the toilet and it nearly cut my bum as the toilet seat is broken. Toilet checks hadn’t been done cause there was a lot of toilet paper on the floor.
