Stopped by HER for lunch and absolutely loved it. The place has such a beautiful, warm interior - stylish without feeling overdone, and really inviting. The food was fresh, flavourful, and well-balanced, and everything came out at just the right pace. You can tell they put thought into both the menu and the presentation.

The food was okay but had higher expectations. I enjoyed the king prawn spaghetti but would have preferred having the shells off. Really enjoyed the bread basket, they were warm and flavourful especially with the dips. I did not enjoy the lamb shoulder, I didn’t like the combination of tomatoy chickpeas, I don’t think it went well together (for my taste). The mocktail Hestia was probably the worst i’ve ever had, there was no flavour and it was tiny considering it costs £10! Overall it was a nice experience but I will not be rushing back here.

This is my second time here, I came with my partner and we were served by a lovely waiter named Mohammed. Prefect service, very polite and even gave us some recommendations in term of drinks and dessert. Great food, can’t wait to be back

The restaurant is lovely decorated. Most of the food was delicious except for the Greek Salad which was horrible. The veggies tasted like they were chopped hours before. I can't believe they do that on such a fancy restaurant. All the items were over priced. Some of the staff seemed bored. I don't think I will come back.

Entrance - I did find it quite hard to find the entrance as it’s quite hidden, but nothing google maps can’t fix. Once I found it, it was clear as day where the restaurant was as it was such a huge building. Food - The food was very nice. I ordered the chicken skewers and a side of potato’s, both very nice. I don’t usually finish my meals but I finished everything on my plate which is always a good sign. Drinks - I ordered a bottle of white wine with a mini bottle of lemonade, both very nice. Decor - Very modern and aesthetically pleasing. I really liked the decor, it was beautiful, especially in the bathroom. Atmosphere - Very nice, chilled, not busy at all for a Friday night which is what I prefer. It was relaxing. Cleanliness - VERY clean, not a spec of dirt. Not even in the toilets. It looked and smelt clean. No issues with cleanliness. Total cost - £78 for myself for both food and drinks. Customer service - The customer service was amazing, from the moment I walked in and were greeted by a very beautiful lady with (I think) a French accent. She let us choose whichever table we wanted and was very warm with her mannerisms. The waiters and waitresses were also very very nice. Very polite and extremely attentive. They had great recommendations with the food and whenever my wine glass was empty they topped it straight back up. I haven’t experienced customer service in a restaurant that good in years. Overall - 10/10- The food was great, the staff were even better & the atmosphere was to die for. I would definitely return. Thank you HERA❤️
