We had a most memorable experience and meal, went there for El Pastor and Friends with Elena Reygadas. The food was absolutely fantastic, especially dessert. Drinks were great. Staff is so kind, welcoming, friendly, and attentive, and goes above and beyond. Special thanks to Juan and Mary. Music selection was great, and ambiance really takes you back to Mexico City. The place does get noisy, but everything else was so good that we didn’t mind. The pictures really don’t do the food justice. Everything was spectacular.
El Pastor in Soho is a fantastic spot for authentic Mexican food in London. Their salsas with totopos are a must-try, and the tacos and chicken tostadas were full of flavor. Great atmosphere and delicious food, we’ll definitely be back!
My friend and I went there for a cosy lunch, we booked through The Fork and we had 30% off on the food. It was our first time and I have to say that the service is very efficient and all the staff is very polite. The food is fresh and tasty and we shared few dishes. The drinks are tequila's based with different combinations of fruits and flavours. I would definitely recommend this place.
Great experience all round It was busy, bustling and tables are tight, but it didn’t feel like a squeeze or too on top at all, just a nice convivial space with a breezy atmosphere, high ceilings but no harsh sounds; it’s a well put together place Service was superb; everyone that came to our table were affable, knowledgeable and seemed in control of the floor. Really gives you confidence in a meal when everyone seems happy and relaxed whilst being so busy Mini carafes of interesting mezcals, Mexican beers, great guacamole, some excellent tacos (brisket was a little flat tasting, but the rest were lovely) and all the salsas were ace Thought the pricing was spot on for what we got
This is officially my favourite El Pastor location. The food was outstanding, we loved everything we ordered and the staff were attentive and helpful. I recommend the Charred Pork Quesadilla, & the Short Rib to share with bottomless tortillas.
