I visited Eggslut at Boxhall Liverpool Street fairly early on a weekday (around 9:15am), and it was nice and quiet at that time. The food was freshly made, so there was a short wait, but everything came out hot and well-prepared. The hashbrowns were easily a 10/10 - perfectly crispy and delicious, though a little over-salted for my taste. The egg and sausage roll was excellent too: soft, cushiony brioche with perfectly cooked filling that made for a really satisfying bite. Overall, a brilliant breakfast spot and one I’d happily come back over & over.

What a superb find. The egg and bacon muffin was amazing. Bacon was nicely done, a little crispy, but not incinerated. Egg was cooked perfectly. Service was friendly. Considering how much the fast joints have put their prices up recently, it was well worth paying that little extra for some decent food.

Saw this place on TikTok and had to try it out. The food was so delicious! We really loved the soft buns and the hashbrowns were also so yummy! The person at the counter was also very helpful and friendly. Next time we're back in London we'll stop here again for sure.

My husband has been making the Fairfax at home in the States, but I got to try it from the source in the UK. Absolutely delicious. Pictures don’t do the flavor justice! You can’t feel how soft the bun is and how creamy the fresh eggs are. Must have for any meal.

Wow… The food was absolutely incredible! I had the pork romesco sandwich, and it was paired with the most delicious hashbrowns I’ve ever had. The service from CJ was so friendly and genuine. It was a heavenly combination together with Blueberry Matcha . I highly recommend it - it’s a must-try!
