My husband and I love this place! As a niqabi, it can sometimes be difficult to find a good restaurant with private seating but Duaa Diner as very accommodating and so good for niqabi sisters looking for a private seating area as they provide dividers. Our favourite spot for dining out. Food is 10/10 too. May Allah bless your business, ameen.

The food here is absolutely delicious, and the atmosphere makes the whole experience even better. The staff are very friendly and welcoming, which adds to the charm of the place. On top of that, it’s great value for money. Definitely worth a visit!☺️

I recently visited this restaurant. The interior was beautiful, and we ordered a family platter. The meats were good, but the chips tasted as though they had been fried in old oil, and the rice seemed reheated; it was cold and stale. When it came to payment, I asked if they offered an NHS discount. The staff member said no, even though the restaurant’s social media highlights that they appreciate NHS workers and offer a Blue Light discount. My sister-in-law then asked about a student discount, and the staff member confirmed it was 15%. Our bill was £70, so it should have come down to £59.50, but instead she told us to just pay £65. This made no sense at all. I believe management should consider retraining this staff member, as she seemed unable to handle a very basic calculation.

This is now my second visit to Du’aa diner. We really enjoyed the food the first time, so we decided to pay another visit. We ordered the same food, beef rump steak and the loaded box. Unfortunately however, the second time around the standard of the food was not the same. The Beef rump steak had no seasoning. I had asked for salt and pepper but they told me they ran out of pepper. Disappointing because the first visit it was actually really nice. I do find it strange that they offer salad on the side, instead of vegetables or should offer tenderstem broccoli which would compliment this dish more. Last time we ordered the mango habanero wings, which was more sweet than spicy. We added the chilli sauce they provided at the table which made it taste much better. Habanero is supposed to be spicy so I would recommend to add spice into this as it does defeat the purpose. This time we thought we would try something new and we ordered the Spicy Chicken wrap. But I’m sorry to say, I would not pay more than £3.50 for this. It was super thin, the chicken was cut up into small pieces so for it be £10.99 was outrageous. The Heaven Mojito was really nice along with the complimentary ice cream. I have to say the ladies who work there don’t seem to speak even when severing the food. It’s very strange. All the staff are polite so would be really nice if they all had a more friendlier approach. Would I go back? I don’t think so, but would say if you go on a good day it’s decent.
