Coffee Island has the best coffee in Greece and London. What most people don't know is that they also offer excellent customer support.Since I live outside London, I placed an order with the London store so I could still enjoy proper Greek coffee at home. The order was unfortunately delivered incorrectly, but Ms. Dimitra was incredibly responsive and personally took care of everything. Thanks to her kindness and professionalism, the package was re-sent and arrived safely. A big thank you to Ms. Dimitra – excellent service and highly recommended!

A nice greek cafe on the heart of London. It was around 12 minutes walking distance from my hotel. The place is nice, the staff are friendly and fast. The freddo cappuccino was delicious. The price was good.

They have two cup sizes. I've ordered Coffe Latte in bigger 12 oz cup. I think is too big to taste real flavour of goodness. My suggestion is take 8 oz. I've chosen single Brazil Alta Mogiana. Thumbs up for barista for excellent skills. On scale 1 to 10 points I'd give 7.5

Decent enough but the mugs were awful. I don't know what it is about certain types of food establishments but they seem to go for form over function and this cafe is definitely one of them. The mugs are completely impractical, lacking a hole in the handle to enable you to lift it safely. If you have any sort of restricted mobility in your hands you'll need to look elsewhere.

Visited yesterday when in London shopping for the day. Great location, very convenient but tucked away from the hustle and bustle. Decent amount of seating and no pressure to be really quick. I enjoyed the flat white I had, as well as the chance to sit and relax for a while. I didn't have any food but the options looked tasty. Nice environment, quiet but warm. Staff were friendly. Only downside was the toilet was blocked so couldn't be used but other than that it was excellent.
