Wow. Whole experience was fantastic. Richard and staff were really lovely and welcoming. Food was amazing. We went for lunch but ordered off the main menu which came out piping hot and was the best Chinese we have tasted. We got most of it boxed up to take home for dinner as ordered a few dishes to try. Ordered chicken chow mein, egg fried rice, satay chicken, barbecue ribs in sauce, Chinese duck and sweet and sour chicken Hong Kong style. The chicken was juicy, the ribs fell off the bone, all the food was really enjoyable. This will definitely be our new go to Chinese and recommend it to anyone who loves a Chinese. The restaurant was very clean was lovely sitting in there but they also do takeaway.

Very tasty, authentic dishes. Staff very friendly and will go the extra mile without asking. Party of five, we had crispy duck, kung po chicken, lemon chicken, chicken satay, squid, Singapore noodles, egg fried rice, beef short ribs - and more! And all of it was delicious!

Absolutely delicious food and top-notch service, not a single complaint. Will definitely be back!

Many thanks to the team at Blue Orchid for keeping my coat safely when I left it behind! The restaurant is run well with the service, staff was friendly and the place was clean. However I have to be honest that we didn't think the food was overly great - the crispy chilli beef was more on the chewy side and the seafood soup had some unmixed gelatin which was not pleasant to find. The pork starter dumplings was oksy. The special fried rice and the dessert was very good and maybe the only parts of the menu we had that we would recommend. It was reasonably priced for 2 people.

Delicious Chinese (Cantonese) food. Quality ingredients and very friendly staff. We ordered the Chicken with black bean sauce, salted chilli King prawns, salt and chilli bean curd and sizzling fillet Cantonese style. These king prawns were our favourite but all dishes were nice. Would definitely go back again.
