Randomly booked a place and where pleasantly surprised. Little quirky place with a nice decor, funky music and amazing drinks. We had pretty much everything on the menu and enjoyed their pickles and skewers (tasty bread was ordered several times too). Service was attentive and we got convinced to try tongue skewer which was absolutely delicious. If you want some fun drinks, interesting food and quirky atmosphere this place is for you. Will be back:)
Had a lovely evening with great food however felt pretty ripped off when we received the receipt. I consciously ordered off your board menu which clearly said “House £5” therefore I ordered a house white, twice, and later found out that I was charged £10 per glass of wine… my friend went back in to speak with you as this felt very unfair and unclear. If your house wine only included red wine, that should have been made more obvious. Have attached a picture of your board for reference. Would’ve hoped a resolution could be found when my friend spoke to you and some understanding; now left feeling disappointed by this experience.
Popped in because I was passing, never have I felt so much like I want to take a nap in a good way in a restaurant. The food was incredible, innovative yet homely and accessible. The cocktails made me feel like I was lounging on a beach in Thailand and the sofa made me feel like the Friends crew would pop in for a chat about our pits and falls. Had a rare night without kids and decided to try Big Night. It did not disappoint! It was excellent! The drinks and food were so punchy and unusual and yummy. Service and atmosphere were really nice and fun. We loved it. Hope to be back soon. Thank you!
Went here with my friend tonight and we had such a good time! Really thoughtful and well done menu and it was all fresh and flavorful. We tried a few different skewers and they were really delicious. Same with the cocktails and the banana banoffe. The atmosphere was really nice and we loved our sweet and funny waiter!!!! Recommend
