The food was amazing, we got the BBQ Blow out for 2. So much food, amazing flavour & super filling. The service was also amazing, unfortunately I don’t know our servers name but he was fantastic, so friendly & came over at all the right times, he also brought us a bag for left overs without us even having to ask. We even got a complimentary ice cream. I also liked that you could scan a QR code and pay for your bill via this, rather than having to wait to ask for the bill & then wait for it to be brought to you. This is the 3rd big easy venue I’ve been to, and it is by far the best one.

Loved the vibes and the views. Great quality tasty food. Have been here twice now. The express lunch menu for £11 including a drink is incredible value. Ordering from the main menu gives you choice but is expensive at approx £30 each without sides like chips or a drink and portions aren't very big for the price. But it was a lovely treat and I really enjoyed it here. Would definitely go again and recommend it too.

I’ve been to this restaurant many times, and every visit is a delight. The place is cozy with a beautiful view — especially in the evening when the lights come on and live music begins to play. This time I had the lobster, and it was absolutely perfect — juicy and full of flavor. The drinks were also great — well-balanced and beautifully served. The staff are always polite, friendly, and make you feel truly welcome. What I really love is that it’s not just about the food — the whole atmosphere helps you relax and enjoy your time. The live music adds a special touch without being too loud or overwhelming. If you’re looking for a place to unwind and enjoy both great food and ambiance, I highly recommend this restaurant. I’ll definitely keep coming back!

We had a great experience at Big Easy Canary Wharf. Service was excellent – we were seated quickly and our server was friendly and attentive. The live music added a fun atmosphere, and there’s a really good selection of food to choose from. The food itself was great quality and reasonably priced for the portion sizes. And the milkshakes are honestly to die for – definitely worth trying! Overall, a lively spot with good food, great service, and a buzzing vibe. Highly recommend and will Be back again!

The staff was welcoming and the service was good. We have order lobster and Taste-O-Rama to share between 2 people and it was a lot of food. The chicken was a bit dry for our taste but the rest was very good (we really enjoyed sausages, lobster and ribs). Atmosphere was great too.
