Came in and was seated at the back of the restaurant which was nice as front part was a bit tight. Waiter came and took order after a couple of minutes. Our stater (dahi balla) came which wasn't that great and then had to wait another 30m for our mains to arrive. We had to ask the waiter where the food was and when it did come, the food was a bit bland and the Pina Colada seemed like it was drenched with ice and lost all of its flavour.
Went here as a part of the 50% off all meals and items. Food was good, fresh and tasty. Customer Service was on point. The few mere reasons this is a star short of a five star review are the following: Hygiene was not top notch for the type of restaurant it is, waiters dropping onions and handling them with their bare hands. Insane prices for the quantity served and portion sizes. I had only ordered a large grill platter, a small chicken curry, a few cokes and three buttered naans and the total accumulated to £55 which I count as daylight robbery CONSIDERING I paid half the price due to the 50% off. Lamb chops were quite meagre, uncooked, raw and chewy.
A few weeks ago, I stumbled upon this restaurant and decided to have dinner there, and I was pleasantly surprised. The friendly staff and inviting ambience immediately set a positive tone. It was a tough choice, but I opted for some classic dishes, and they exceeded my expectations. The samosas, Tarka Dahl, Paneer Tikka, and Chicken Biryani were some of the best I've had in a while. I couldn't stop thinking about that biryani, with its perfectly spiced, fluffy rice and tender chicken. What's more, the prices were quite reasonable. I recommend visiting on a weekday. Leytonstone is gradually becoming a hub for amazing restaurants, and these folks truly deserve more recognition. It was a wonderful way to conclude a long workday, with exceptional food, great service, and genuinely warm-hearted individuals.
Had to try a proper Pakistani chapli kebab! Unfortunately, I ate it before I even thought of photographing my food! It was authentic 👌 and tasty with some nice chilli sauce. They've just opened, and there's that getting into your stride phase to go through for everyone! I will return for sure because I want to try their lamb chops 😋 I had a chicken korai which was ok and could have been great if only a couple of chillies had been chopped into it, the rice was really good 👍 the fish was a bit too salty 🧂Looking forward to next time 👍yeah next time was even better 👌
Came here on the 11th with my brother and mum. Was so lovely guys I don’t understand why some haven’t reviewed it that well. Everyone was lovely, the service really stood out to us. We just had to tip! Staff were so friendly and accommodating loved every moment till the end. Food was good too. Decor was so nice too, very modern and effortless. Great place.
