Came a few weeks back for an anniversary dinner. Absolutely outstanding food and service, thoroughly looked after. We sat outside and it's perfect for a cool evening in the late summer. Drinks menu was extensive and we'll definitely be back. Also thought it was incredible value for money we were totally stuffed for £50pp and had 2 drinks each.

After walking one round in Borough with not many places to sit for a meal, we headed towards Brother Marcus that is also pet friendly.

Alfresco dining was beautiful and the food is delicately made. They use very fresh ingredients and you get a taste of Mediterranean.

Amazing food and service. This is my second visit to Brother Marcus. The chicken was cooked to perfection, moist, flavourful and not dry. The fluffy pita bread is incredible. It was a summer evening so everyone sat outside and it was a vibe. The service was great and they know the food menu well. Phil who served our table was a super star, polite, caring and attentive. I will come back.

Shah's an amazing server! Very attentive and explained the menu in great detail. My friend had  a few food allergies and the staff went above and beyond to accommodate.

If you’re wandering through Borough Market and need a place to park yourself with good food and good vibes, this spot has you covered. The atmosphere is effortlessly chill — the kind of place where time slows down and you forget you only “popped in for a quick bite.” Pro tip: book ahead unless you enjoy the thrill of disappointment.
Here’s the twist: the vegetables here totally upstage the meat. The broccoli and aubergine skewers? Stars of the show. Order them or regret it later. The halloumi with honey is a dreamy little number for those who like their savoury with a side of sweet. As for the calamari… it’s fine, but no standing ovations. We also ordered chicken but I didn’t find it special.

Flavour-wise, they deliver. Price-wise… well, your wallet might raise an eyebrow. Still, if you want a market-side feast where veggies take the crown, this is your spot.

Padella

Fantastic little restaurant with friendly staff and quick service. Our host (sadly didn’t catch his name) was very welcoming, recommended serval dishes and provided a complimentary glass of wine. Food was served fast and hot. The tiramisu for dessert was to die for. Couldn’t recommend enough and will definitely be back :)

Loved our experience at Padella! We visited for the first time for lunch and arrived right as it opened for the day, which helped as the restaurant filled up quickly. Staff were courteous and friendly, and the kitchen was a well-oiled machine. Seated at the bar, we got a front row view of the action, which was part of the charm (highly recommend)! The pasta was well made and if you’re visiting London, you gotta check Padella out!

I appreciated the warm welcome. I was seated promptly and even allowed to change seats. The waitress, Nura, helped me with my order,  her suggestions were exceptional. I went for the Dexter beef shin ragu with Primitivo and Chianti. Let’s just say this is my new pasta spot. Can’t wait to come back. Thank you 🙏

I loved Padella. It was my first time eating here, and I would definitely recommend again and again! Will definitely be returning. The food was creamy, flavoursome and probably one of the best Italian places I have visited. Also in a great location, if you want to get desserts after from near-by!

Impeccable. Incredible. The service to the food quality to the atomasphere, one of the best experiences of Italian food I have ever had. So many vegetarian options. The loveliest, funny staff. Blown away, we will be back ❤️

Santo Remedio - Asador, London Bridge

We came here with friends and had an amazing evening. We had no reservation but were offered a table right away. The food was amazing and the service was great! Olivia was very attentive and even kept up with us constantly switching between Spanish and English :) many thanks, seguramente volveremos pronto!

Delicious food and great service! My friend and I went for the £44pp tasting menu, which was a fantastic way to sample a variety of dishes. Both my friend and I used to say that we aren't Mexican food fans but we were obviously eating rubbish, this food is exceptional.

The tuna tostada was the standout for me absolutely bursting with flavor.  We had the beef short rib and absolutely every single ingredient owns its space on the dish. Who would have thought plantain and feta cheese go well together?!

The hibiscus margarita was amazing too, super refreshing. Love the fresh guacamole, I regularly order it just to enjoy at home.

The space is cute, homely, and not at all pretentious. Highly recommend, and I will be back in the very near future.

Food tasted good, the reason why my review is only 3 stars was because the prices were just too much for the serving. Serving of the seabass ceviche was so cute, looked like it was a lot on the plate but the plate was super flat. Tacos were good but so tiny, the lamb shank was amazing probably the only reason why I added 2 more stars. We were also shocked that there was a service fee on top plus the tip 💀 Felt like we were only paying for the "Michelin" on the front of their entrance nothing else.

Santo Remedio delivers on its promise of fantastic, authentic Mexican flavors—from tacos and tuna tostadas to beautifully plated sharing dishes, the food really stands out. Unfortunately, that culinary high point is somewhat dampened by inconsistent service—several requests went unnoticed. The restaurant’s lively, colorful interior sets a fun mood!! And the churros were absolutely wonderful!! soft, melty, and perfect. All in all, a great spot for a food-focused outing.

The Table Café

We were really impressed by The Table! It’s a small, charming restaurant with a very cozy atmosphere and lots of plants that give it a lovely, rustic touch. The menus are colorful and nicely designed, and the staff were all super friendly and attentive.

We had The Table Full English — a classic English breakfast and everything was absolutely delicious and served hot. The quality of the food was excellent, and you could really taste that it was freshly prepared.

They also offer vegetarian, vegan, and gluten-free options, which is fantastic. Debora was especially knowledgeable and gave me great advice on the gluten-free alternatives available.

A big thank you to Debora, who took such great care of us and gave wonderful service and recommendations. :)

We can definitely recommend this place — great food, warm atmosphere, and lovely people!

We visited The Table again today, and once more we were absolutely delighted. The dishes were freshly prepared in the open kitchen, which we really love — it’s such a great and inviting concept.

This time, we had the brunch classics: Smoked Ham Hock + Chorizo Hash with Halloumi and an Avocado + Feta Toast with bacon. Everything was delicious and beautifully presented.

Our server today was Daniel, who double-checked my gluten-free option and made sure everything was just right. He provided excellent service.

Very much enjoyed my meal out on Saturday, sheltering from the rain.
Waffles (with cinnamon pear and shortbread crumb) were gorgeous and they were happy to accept my substitutions. So many options, I was overwhelmed! Will just have to come back 😁😁

The food at The Table Café is amazing! We ordered a burrata salad and a classic English breakfast, and everything was absolutely perfect.

We had to sit outside because there weren't any seats inside, which wasn't our favorite thing, but honestly, the food was just so good that it made up for it!

Beautiful cafe with a lovely secluded outdoor seating area. Outdoor seating is under large canopies with heaters. Indoor seating is lovely and open with an open kitchen at the back. Service was fantastic, we waited only a couple of minutes for a table. Food was really good. We had the eggs royale and brunch waffles. Both were brilliant, really tasty and decent size portions. The ice chai latte was also so good, like a milkshake! Seems to be popular so would recommend booking if you really want to come.

Amazing Grace London Bridge

A Night to Remember at Amazing Grace, London Bridge

Tucked away near the heart of London Bridge, Amazing Grace is unlike any restaurant or bar we’ve visited before. Housed in a breathtaking Grade II-listed 19th-century church, the venue effortlessly blends historic charm with vibrant modern energy. Think stained glass windows and original stone architecture meeting thumping disco beats and soulful live performances, it’s a unique sensory experience that grabs your attention the moment you step through the doors.

We visited on a Friday night, when the vibe was electric. The night’s soundtrack was built around disco, funk, soul, old-school hip-hop, and even some Garage classics, which were performed live with impressive vocals that got everyone moving. As we soaked in the lively atmosphere, we couldn’t help but admire how perfectly the lighting and acoustics complemented the stunning church setting; it's truly a party in a place you’d least expect.

The food was as memorable as the music. We kicked things off with the Amazing Grace Sharer, a generous and flavour-packed platter featuring crispy Japanese Fried Chicken, sticky-sweet Korean Chicken Wings, smoky Padron Peppers, juicy Corn Ribs, and moreish Korean Potato Bites. Each bite offered something bold, spicy, or savoury, a masterclass in Asian-inspired comfort food.

We followed this with a couple of Fried Chicken Baos, which were soft, fluffy, and bursting with flavour thanks to the tangy pickles, creamy Gochujang mayo, sesame, and spring onions. But the standout dish for us was the Chicken Burger. A free-range chicken coated in crunchy panko and sesame, layered with Kewpie mayo, fresh lettuce, and pickles. It’s rich, crispy, juicy, and a definite must-try. On the side, I ordered the Amazing Rice, which lived up to its name: a fragrant mix of spring onion and ginger oil, tare sauce, crispy onion, and sesame. It’s the kind of side you could happily eat on its own.

For dessert, we shared the Salted Caramel Brownie, served warm and delicately dusted with icing sugar. It was rich, gooey, and exactly the indulgent finale you want after a night of dancing and feasting. We also had a trio of Japanese Mochi Ice Cream—Mango, Chocolate, and Vanilla—which added a refreshing, chewy, and cool contrast to the brownie.

All chicken served here is halal, which made our meal worry-free and even more enjoyable. The mocktails were just as thoughtfully crafted as everything else. My wife had the Espresso Martini (alcohol-free), made with Amazing Grace’s house coffee mix and vanilla syrup; she called it one of the best she’s ever had. I loved my Grenadine Bramble, a bright, citrusy blend of Lyre’s Original, lime juice, sugar, and grenadine . It was refreshing, not overly sweet, and paired well with the food.

A special mention goes to Dio, who looked after us throughout the evening. Friendly, attentive, and genuinely warm, he made us feel right at home, even in a venue buzzing with energy.

By the end of the night, we’d not only eaten incredibly well, but we’d danced, laughed, and soaked up one of the most unique dining experiences in London. If you’re looking for a place that hits all the right notes, food, vibes, and service , Amazing Grace London Bridge is the one. We can’t wait to return.

Feel like this place has so much potential… The food was good and the music was entertaining, however found the staff rude. I could understand if the restaurant was extremely busy and staff were under pressure, however it wasn’t. Food is ordered from the bar and when I went to order, the staff member wasn’t friendly and it seemed a chore for them to take my order. I feel like the atmosphere was let down by the customer service. Overall, I don’t think I would return unfortunately

We went through using first table and the food was delicious! Atmosphere were great and the staff were 10/10, I lost something in there and the staff went above and beyond to help me find it. They also had a live performer ANDD a photo booth! Nothing to fault

I was out for First Fridays at the Tate Modern this month and a friend suggested we grab a drink at Amazing Grace afterwards. I wasn't totally sure what to expect, and while the walk over felt a bit longer than I anticipated, it ended up being so worth it.

There was a modest £5 cover, which honestly felt like a steal once we got inside. The energy in the room was electric! The live performers were phenomenal—seriously, the kind of voices that make you stop mid-sentence just to soak it all in. The upstairs lounge had a great vibe, and the dancefloor was already buzzing... and it was only around 10:15pm!

I spotted a few people still enjoying food, but unfortunately the kitchen had just closed by the time we arrived. Not a huge deal—just means I’ll definitely be back to give the menu a proper try. Between the music, the drinks, and the atmosphere, Amazing Grace has officially earned a spot on my regular date night list.

If you’re in the area and looking for something fun, lively, and a little unexpected—this place is it.

Fun night with tasty food and great drinks. Early evening visit was perfect before it got a bit hectic but sure it’s buzzing as the night goes on! The Korean Potato Bites were the absolute stars. So yum.

Great vibe, food was amazing. Tried to extend our 2 hour booking but sadly were told no. Would come back next time we’re in London. A great time was had.

We got served by Alex who was awesome and then another Alex came and sang happy birthday to my friend which was also awesome and unexpected. This is the place to be if you are in London bridge. Excellent beer and wine selection. Amazing atmosphere and super nice staff..

It was okay, the atmosphere is what made the experience for me. It was busy and the music was good. Waiting times were good, I went around 6-7pm. The stairs weren’t that bad on the way up to the rooftop; but I can imagine it would be a lot harder coming down when you’re drunk. I liked the food, but this place isn’t something that you come to eat if you get me. The staff were friendly but as a small con; the seating area wasn’t good where I sat, it was quite cramped. Overall I would say 3.5

I was amazed when I was shown upstairs to my table…The panoramic view of London is unreal as well as the venue itself.The staff are super friendly and accommodating to your needs,I had Bebe show me to my table she was so lovely and made sure I had everything I needed. The drinks were perfect they were just as good as they looked,as well as the food being tasty and quick service so it was still hot.Overall my experience was 10/10 I will definitely be coming back with friends very soon :)

Lovely place to be and enjoy , good vibes , good service , lovely cocktails , 🍹 lovey staff , only thing your have to climb the mountain which is good 👍. I loved my time here , highly recommend
